Do I wear to much make up?

Im 15 and wear this Dark blue contacts,Mascara,Tinted moisterizer then add alittle extra foundation on under eye circles,nose,top cheek bones,and eyelids,and chapstick/lip balm i just wear contacts because i like dark blue eyes
