Is my everyday makeup routine too much for a 16year old girl?

not at all too much. If you were fourteen this would be a lot, but it basically depends on how you feel when you wear make up. I an fourteen and I wear tinted moisturiser/foundation (depends on how good my skin is), concealer, mascara, liquid eye liner. This isnt considered too much by my peers, but it really depends on how much you wear in relation to the amount they girls your age around you wear.
