Can you hook a security camera up to a regular dvr? Thinking about buying this security cam & this dvr?

I've seen a similar question to this before and I think the answer is no. It depends on the camera. I don't believe the CCTV cameras can hook in like that. I might be wrong though. Consider trying a wireless camera and saving the data to your PC. That might be an option for you. DVR systems are expensive and usually the cameras are not that good that come with them.
