Netflix instant movies to my tv keeps pausing every FIVE seconds. Help!?

It eventually gets completely stuck and freezes our TiVo and the only way to watch tv at all again is to reset our entire TiVo by unplugging it. What is wrong with netflix streaming video to your tv, and how do I get this fixed. It is SO frustrating!!!!! It only started doing this since about the beginning of January 2011.
