No Hulu on TiVo Premiere?

I bought my dad a TiVo Premiere for Father's Day. We started to complete the six month free usage offer of Hulu Plus but when we started registering for it the first time we stopped. Now, a half an hour later, we completed the registrationand the Hulu+ icon on TiVo is gone. How do we get it back? Is there anyway to use the Hulu site to make it work?
