What moisturizer and lip balm do you recommend?

My skin is very sensitive, sometimes dry, I'm in my teens, and I get small blotchy pimples at times. What moisturizers do you recommend? ( I don't need SPF ) And tell me what lip balms you think are the best ? :) thanks in advance
