Why does my friend always want to go to her house?

So my friend always wants to go to her house and sometimes i wish she could come to mine. Her house is a little bigger than mine, but that doesn't make it more fun. The only thing she has more than me is a Tivo and a bigger TV. I have a wii and my TV is smaller. I have more more food and i live closer to downtown than she does. Plus my room is bigger. I can drive, she can't so she uses that as an excuse. I am happy to pick her up and bring her here though cuz she lives like a 4 minute drive from my house. I've tried mentioning in conversations that she should come over to my house instead but she pretends to ignore it or is like "meeh." What can i tell her without hurting her feelings?
